Governance & Leadership
Structured governance framework ensuring scientific integrity, ethical compliance, and transparent decision-making across our collaborative network.
Overview
WeCASOR operates under a structured governance framework designed to ensure scientific integrity, ethical compliance, operational transparency, and accountable decision-making across all participating institutions.
The network functions as a collaborative research infrastructure. Participating institutions remain legally independent and retain local regulatory authority while adhering to the common research goals of the consortium.
Scientific and operational governance is coordinated by the WeCASOR Leadership Team, ensuring all multi-site studies maintain the highest academic standards.
