Who We are

Administrative coordination support is provided by PillarCore Research & Innovation (Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA). Participating institutions remain legally independent and retain local regulatory authority.

PillarCore provides administrative coordination oversight, governance structuring, data protection framework alignment, and infrastructure development support. Participating institutions remain legally independent entities and retain full responsibility for local ethics approval, regulatory compliance, patient consent processes, and data protection within their jurisdiction.

WeCASOR does not function as a clinical care provider and does not deliver direct patient services. The network serves as research infrastructure supporting collaborative stroke outcomes measurement and analysis across participating institutions.
